Fairy Flow is an enchanting match-3 puzzle game where you help magical fairies restore their kingdom. Match 3 or more gems of the same color to clear them from the board. Fairy Flow offers several exciting game modes:

Create power-ups by matching 4 or more gems in special patterns!

If you run out of moves before completing the level objectives, you can choose to continue with additional moves by using gems or watching an ad. Alternatively, you can retry the level without losing a life. Lives regenerate over time, or you can ask friends for help!

Your game progress is automatically saved to your device. For cloud backup and cross-device play, connect your game to your Apple ID (iOS). This ensures your progress is safe and can be restored if you change devices or reinstall the game.

Yes! By connecting your game to your Apple ID, you can sync your progress across all your iOS devices. Simply sign in with the same account on each device, and your progress, purchases, and achievements will be synchronized automatically.

To change your username, go to Settings → Profile → Edit Username. Your first username change is free. Additional changes require 100 gems. Note that usernames must be unique and follow our community guidelines.

To delete your account, go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. Please note that account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your progress, purchases, and data will be permanently removed. We recommend trying our support team first if you're experiencing issues.

In-app purchases allow you to buy gems, coins, and special bundles. All purchases are processed securely through the Apple App Store. Prices are displayed in your local currency and include any applicable taxes. You can disable in-app purchases in your device settings if needed.

If you didn't receive your purchased items:

1. Check your internet connection and restart the game
2. Go to Settings → Restore Purchases
3. If items still don't appear, contact support with your receipt

Keep your purchase receipt from Apple for reference.

All sales are final and non-refundable as stated in our Terms of Service. However, if you believe you've been charged incorrectly or have a valid reason for a refund, you must request it directly through Apple's App Store support, as they handle all payment processing.

Yes! You can earn free gems through:

Fairy Flow uses minimal data during regular gameplay (about 1-5MB per hour). Initial download is approximately 150MB. Updates vary in size but typically range from 50-100MB. You can play most game modes offline, but features like tournaments, daily challenges, and social features require an internet connection.

Fairy Flow is rated 4+ and designed to be family-friendly. However, the game includes optional in-app purchases. Parents can disable purchases in device settings. The game also features online tournaments where usernames are visible, but no personal information is shared. We recommend parental supervision for younger players.

Yes! You can remove all forced ads by purchasing any gem package or the "Ad-Free" upgrade. Optional reward videos will still be available for earning free gems and bonuses. The ad-free experience is permanently linked to your account across all devices.
