By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Fairy Flow ("the Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not download, install, access, or use the Game.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and fairyflow.app ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") regarding your use of the Game. Please read these Terms carefully before using the Game.

- Download and install the Game on your personal devices
- Access and play the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment
- Use the Game on any device that you own or control

- Distribute, sell, lease, or sublicense the Game
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game

- Interfere with or disrupt the Game's servers or networks
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Game
3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities under your account.
Account Restrictions
One person may only create and use one account. Account sharing, selling, or transferring is prohibited.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activities.

4. Game Rules and Player Conduct

When using the Game, you agree to:

- Report bugs and exploits instead of abusing them
- Protect your account and personal information
Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination:
- Cheating or using unauthorized software
- Harassment, bullying, or threatening behavior
- Hate speech or discriminatory content
- Impersonating other players or staff
- Sharing inappropriate or explicit content
- Spam or commercial solicitation
- Real money trading of game items
- Exploiting bugs for unfair advantage
Fair Play Policy
We are committed to providing a fair and enjoyable gaming experience for all players. We employ various anti-cheat measures and actively monitor for violations. Players found violating our fair play policy may face penalties ranging from temporary suspensions to permanent bans.
5. In-App Purchases and Virtual Currency
Purchase Terms
- Virtual Currency: The Game may offer virtual currency (gems, coins) for purchase with real money
- Virtual Items: Virtual currency can be used to purchase in-game items, power-ups, or features
- Payment Processing: All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store
- Pricing: Prices are displayed in your local currency and include applicable taxes
No Refunds Policy
All purchases are FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE. This includes:
- • Virtual currency purchases
- • Virtual item purchases
- • Subscription fees
- • Special offers or bundles
Exceptions may apply only where required by law. For refund requests, please contact the App Store directly.
Important Purchase Information
- Virtual items have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for real money
- We may modify, suspend, or discontinue virtual items at any time
- Unused virtual currency expires 180 days after purchase
- Parents can disable in-app purchases in device settings
6. Intellectual Property Rights

The Game, including all content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, audio, design, selection, and arrangement), is owned by fairyflow.app, its licensors, or other providers of such material and is protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
- All trademarks, service marks, and trade names are proprietary to us
- All artwork, graphics, and visual elements are our exclusive property
- All audio, music, and sound effects are licensed or owned by us
User Content
By submitting content to the Game (such as usernames, chat messages, or other materials), you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to:
- • Use, reproduce, modify, and display your content
- • Incorporate your content into the Game
- • Create derivative works based on your content
- • Use your content for promotional purposes
Content Creation Policy
We encourage players to create videos, streams, and other content featuring Fairy Flow. You may monetize such content through platforms like YouTube or Twitch, provided you follow our community guidelines and clearly indicate that the content is not officially affiliated with or endorsed by us.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL FAIRYFLOW.APP BE LIABLE FOR:
- • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- • Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
- • Damages exceeding $100 USD or the amount paid by you in the past 12 months
- • Any matter beyond our reasonable control
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless fairyflow.app, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from: (1) your violation of these Terms; (2) your violation of any third-party rights; or (3) your use of the Game.
9. Termination
Termination by You
You may stop using the Game at any time by:
- • Uninstalling the Game from your devices
- • Requesting account deletion through the Game settings
- • Contacting our support team
Termination by Us
We may terminate or suspend your access:
- • For violations of these Terms
- • For illegal or fraudulent activity
- • To protect other users or our services
- • For any reason with 30 days notice
Effects of Termination
Upon termination:
- Your license to use the Game immediately ends
- You lose access to your account and any virtual items
- No refunds will be provided for any purchases
- Certain provisions of these Terms survive termination
10. Dispute Resolution
Informal Resolution
We prefer to resolve disputes informally. Before filing any formal legal proceeding, you agree to contact us at [email protected] to attempt to resolve the dispute. We will attempt to resolve the dispute informally for 60 days.
Binding Arbitration
If informal resolution fails, any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. The arbitration shall be conducted by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules.
YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND TO PARTICIPATE IN CLASS ACTIONS.
Exceptions
The following disputes are not subject to arbitration: (1) small claims court actions; (2) intellectual property disputes; (3) violations of the prohibited conduct section.
11. General Provisions
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Game and supersede all prior agreements.
Severability
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
No Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights under them. We may assign our rights to any of our affiliates or successors without your consent.
